All seating in the Willow Park auditorium is reserved seating. Floor seats close to the stage are premium reserved, and there is stadium seating to the rear of the auditorium. There are a few seats with partially obstructed views - please review the seating map to ensure you have the seats you prefer.

Adult ticket prices range from $30 - $65, depending on the seating section you choose. See details for your selected event for seating sections and prices.

Group discounts are available for adult tickets on groups of 15 or more and those are applied automatically upon checkout.

Backstage tours are not currently offered for our productions at Willow Park - Please check back for future productions!

The Promise offers handicapped seating in the rear of both our Floor sections and at the back of the stadium seating. The handicap spaces on the upper level are accessible by an elevator from the lobby. All handicapped seats offer an excellent view of the stage. Please note that these specific seats are for wheelchair accessibility. Please refrain from bringing outside food and drink. One small purse is acceptable on entry.

Due to safety concerns, here is a list of restricted items. Aerosol cans, alcoholic beverages, Animals (exception for certified animals - please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing a service animal), camera tripods and selfie sticks, coolers, thremoses, ice chests, distributon of unauthorized promotional or commercial material, food and beverages, weapons including knives and pepper spray.

There is plenty of parking at Willow Park Baptist Church, including handicapped parking, and all parking is currently free. We recommend arriving early if you plan to park close to the main entrance.

We ask that all buses park in the designated bus parking area and that they do not return to the front of the facility until the show is completely over.

All purchases of tickets and merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot attend a performance, please call us within 72 hours of your performance date, and we will be happy to move your reservation to another performance date, one time, free of charge.

Our new location in Willow Park is INDOORS, so we do not anticipate any cancellations due to weather, however in the event that The Promise is forced to cancel a production, we will hold your reservation for a future date.

Children of all ages are welcome to attend performances at The Promise. However, only you can know if your child will be able to sit through two or more hours of a performance without disrupting you or others, therefore we ask that you use your best judgement when bringing a child to the theater, and be prepared to take your child to the lobby area if he/she becomes disruptive. Please also be aware that there are certain scenes in our Fall and Spring productions, such as Jesus' trial and crucifixion, which may be intense for young children.

The Promise, which is performed in the fall, has a runtime of 2hrs 30min, with an additional 10 minutes of intermission.

The Promise of Passover, which is performed in the spring, has a runtime of 1hr 45min, with an additional 10 minutes of intermission.

The Promise of Christmas, our December production, has a runtime of 1hr, 30min, with an additional ten minutes of intermission.

Doors will open at 5:30 for a 7pm showing, and 12:30 for a 2pm showing. We suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime in order to find your seat comfortably before the start of the show.

As a courtesy to our other patrons, latecomers may be held in the lobby area until 30min after the show begins, at which time they may take their reserved seats. Refunds are not offered, so please anticipate arriving ahead of time.

We ask that you please refrain from going in and out of the facility during the performance but we do understand there may be cases when it is necessary. Please make sure you have access to your tickets if you leave the facility to ensure you are able to be readmitted.
